We enjoyed a lovely stay at Jozini Tiger Lodge, with its very nice views over the dam and friendly staff making us feel welcome. The buffet meals were delicious, and the infinity pool was a highlight for family bonding. Relaxing at the spa after exploring landmarks like Pongolapoort enhanced our experience, despite a few minor issues with the room's cleanliness and WiFi connectivity. a rewarding getaway.

The room itself was a nice size and had an incredible view out to the lake. Its lovely, remote location was a plus.

Couple's Dream Getaway
Had some epic times chilling by the pool with cocktails in hand! The hotel's sunset views from our room were killer. Was like the world was ours for those moments.
It wasn't exactly a steal but acceptable for what we got.

Well-equipped room with a better view of the dam. Clean pool area, absolutely fantastic breakfast with the granola, homemade cereals plus the yogurt. The magnificent and perfect location for the price, close enough to Jozini Tiger Lodge and Liezle the Wedding Co-ordinator and the nearest mall.

Its a great place to take a break and chill out... Perhaps more entertainment for the teenage younger folks is needed, music, one man band around the pool/dinningroom area. A fun room might be considred for the kiddies.
We wanted to sleep in one wmorning and were woken up at 0800 by room cleaning staff,....This was understandably fine however after we then placed the do not disturb sign on the door and after getting back to sleep the cleaning staff again entred the room an hour later.without knocking telling us they thought we had gone to breakfast.....The sign was still on the door!!.......Mmmmm, that ended our "sleep-in" and romantic moment (for want of a better word)..

We stayed for two nights while touring, and the experience was good! The breakfast buffet was really good, featuring diverse and delicious options. Our spacious room offered stunning views of the lake, and the sunset from the pool area was amazing. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made our stay special, especially with a good birthday surprise. The sundowner cruise was a highlight, providing nice sightings of wildlife.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent setting, overlooking dam. Check in time was 2pm, hotel staff arranged for a room at 10am cos we had a baby with us.We were there very early in the day. Never got this treatment from other hotels we stayed at. Thumbs up.
Should improve the menus. Requires more variety.

I had a great stay with fantastic value for money, especially given the fine views from our spacious room. The staff was friendly and cute, making us feel right at home.
The breakfast option could use a bit more variety.

The view of the dam was spectacular. The room/loft was a decent size and we did not feel too crowded.
The outside and stairs were tiled with inappropriate tiles. They are slippery when wet and I experienced a nasty slip from the second floor to the first floor.

Excellent setting and design quality - staff poor and untrained - no ice for drinks - food budget levels and not worth having. Great setting but poor experience - staff want to do well but are inadequately prepared.

Views from room are amazing , lofts are spacious , modern and comfortable. Entrance to lodge is beautiful and sunset cruise on the dam is a treat. Meal on first night was good but buffet was average the following night . Staff pleasant but struggle with foreign accents and some were unhelpful if not serving your table. Food takes a long time so order kids meals as soon as you get there.
Lack of safety railings , very steep driveways , two days is enough as nothing in the immediate area to do and hotel restricted , no walks.
